    Description

    This whimsey was definitely made to hang on a wall as the handmade hanger on the back indicates.  The date indicates 1929 and I think that is accurate although I have no provenance.  The beadwork on the top is beautiful and totally in tact.  The piece across the front is also beautifully done and in tact.  On the bottom, the right hand corner has some beadwork that has come loose although it appears that at least one set of the beads is still there.  There is also some beadwork missing on the center point on the bottom.  The back looks to be in tact and original.  There is a small stain on the cloth of the horizontal center piece and a larger stain under the center piece.  These are both pictured.
