    1989 Cape Dory 33 sailboat Hull #3. Owned by same family since new. Vessel has been sailed on a regular basis and is in sail away condition. As with all boats there is ALWAYS something that needs to be or could be done. Volvo motor runs great. Three new batteries. She does need a new bottom job and its possible that I could complete that for you after the completion of the sale. DIY boatyard is located about an hour south of the boats current condition. Local inspections are available from serious buyers. Boat is as is/where is and will have to be moved from its private dock within a short time from sale completion. I can assist with moving it to a public marina if buyer wishes.
