DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:
Any items you receive damaged in shipment must be validated with photos before I can issue a refund or replacement.  Photos must include all broken items and the damaged package (so I can submit a claim to the Post Office).  I will do my utmost to package and protect your order to the best of my ability, however, sometimes damage can occur.  In those instances, I will gladly replace your item, or refund the purchase price, your choice ... LATE DELIVERIES:
