6+1 Tri-Color Medaka Rice Fish ( STARTER COLONY )

Description

PRODUCT: You will receive 6 + 1 extra rice fish to cover any DOA. All rice fish will be unsexed, but we will try and give a good mix, Size will be between around 1 inch in length as this is the optimal size when acclimating to a new tank. Color may differ from photos/video, adult Rice Fish will look very similar to the listing photos. Colors will darken and become more pronounced as the rice fish grows from juvenile to adult.

Shipping Policy
When will items Ship?
They will be packed with care and shipped
with TRACKING NUMBERS
. Most Items ship out in 1-3 days excluding holidays when the post office is closed. If you would like to receive you items faster we recommend purchasing priority mail. We do pack shrimp into a foam lined insulated box with the addition of a heat or ice pack if required depending on your location temps so the fish arrive safe to you.
We ship Mondays and Tuesdays, excluding holidays. we only ship these days so that the ship are not stuck in a warehouse or truck over the weekend.
Temperature is very important for live delivery of livestock/plants. Please check the 7-day weather forecast in your location before placing your order. If the temperature in the coming days are too low (below 40˚F) or too high (above 90˚F), please do not order.
We can not Guarantee livestock/plants if the temperature at your location is above 90˚F or below 40˚F when shipping

DOA, Damaged, Lost, etc.?
If you do have an unfortunate experience and livestock or plants arrives sick or dead message us directly threw your order on eBay.
All Claims must be submitted within 2 hours on the day of Delivery and include photos.
Please take pictures of the livestock or plants, packaging, and of the packing slip. Remember to take picture of as many shrimp as possible not just 1 or 3. DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR OPEN A CASE. If you have a issue please contact us so we can resolve the situation in the fastest manor.
Livestock/Plants:
We guarantee live arrival on all of our livestock. In the rare event livestock shows up dead, we must be notified in 2 hours. Keep in mind when ordering plants as they just took the journey of their lifetime in a dark box for 2-4 days so they will take time to recover and be at their best again. Please Take clear photos of the dead plant and send it to us within 2 hours of receiving your item and once the item is validated by us we will send a replacement or refund minus the cost of shipping.

Failure to comply with one or more of these policies will mean we can no longer cover you.
If you are concerned
about extreme heat or cold, we highly recommend having the post office hold your mail for the estimated delivery day. This is completely free option which can be requested online via usps.com or in person at your local post office. This way, your package will remain indoors, protected, and out of the elements for you to pick up once the package has arrived. Additional protection can be added with the purchase of the insulated shipping box.
We guarantee live arrival of all livestock. This means we assure that livestock will show up alive. We do not guarantee your success in keeping the livestock alive/healthy. Lots of outside factors that we cannot control go into the success or failure of keeping livestock healthy. We are here to help but are not liable after you have received the livestock alive.
