Beneteau first 265 Project boat ,boat need complete renovation inside and out

Hi for sale 1993 BENETEAU FIRST 265  .
PROJECT PROJECT !!!Boat needs renovation inside and out ,engine needs  work !!! .Before you ask me any questions this Boat needs lots of work so you can't lunch this boat tomorrow and sailing away. No Trailer included!!!
LIST WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?
Out side.
Power wash,some holes patch, rigging replace ore repair, bottom paint, patch 1/4inch small hole in bottom of hull ,or installing walve ,clean up. I have  logo BENETEAU FIRST stickers and new stickers with  name, sails,spinacker in very good condition, roller furling, main mast is good ,radar, some electronics like wind indicators and others.
In side .
Needs new cusions, new head (toilet),new side walls upholstery with I have ready for installation included with listing, engine check up and repair I think  is crank with no problem  no water in side engine, clean up. AGAIN THIS BOAT IS FOR SOMEONE WHO HAVE TIME AND KNOWLEDGE HOW TO FIX THIS BOAT.
CAN DELIVER FOR FEE AROUND 100miles range, you have to organize crane.
