Hand Tanned Leather & Quilled Neck Pouch. The lost art of tanning leather by hand is practiced here. Made in the USA, natural water repellent, red stripe pillow ticking, used for lining. Leather thong closure. Yellow flowers, a little red, and orange. Glass seed beads of red, yellow, orange.   Black Horsehair hung in tin cones and attached with a braid of artifical sinew. Tin cones make a light tickling sound when moving.
