Description

This device is used for various types of underwater notes and for drawing diagrams.
It consists of a body and two drums with hand wheels. The celluloid film is wound onto drums. The outer side of the film is matte.
The inner base is covered with special paint. Notes and drawings should be written on the outside of the tape.
You should use a lead pencil that is saturated with oil. When the handwheels turn, the film is rewound. When the water is not clear or dark, this device can be used with a dedicated underwater flashlight. A special hole (holder) is provided for mounting the flashlight.
