Vintage Native American Indian Handmade Dream Catcher Fur Pelt Feathers

Purchased this item at a local estate sale.  It is older but I have no idea how old.
The hoop is 12" and the length with feathers on bottom is 21"
It does not have smoke smell .  I know nothing about these things so please look at my photos.  I dry to describe best I can.
I do not know what kind of pelt that is.
